McConnell (KY) and McCormick (PA) — missed the vote, allowing the measure to pass. Sens. Collins (R-ME), Cassidy (R-LA), Murkowski (R-Alaska) and Rand Paul (R-KY) voted for the resolution. One Democrat, Sen. John Fetterman, voted against it.

Collins is in a tight race. Cassidy is getting his revenge, and Fetterman's a joke.
