@obrhoff More like... unfinished? The Chakotay arc felt as a template of a thing to must have and in all of the 7 seasons, it doesn't really go beyond him hallucinating talks with his spirit guide. That episode Tattoo (s2 ep9 if I'm not mistaken) was cool even if it read a bit like "we're closing this story here so here are some bits about Chakotay's dad and tribe, we're not circling back to it" lol

@iamkonstantin Man idk. I think it fell into the whole direction after the pilot. I mean he was a "rebel" but became the posterboy of a starfleet officer.

Don't get me started with this 7 of 9 relationship in the end that came out of nothing.
