U.S. Ambassador to Turkey appointed Special Envoy for Iraq and Syria
The U.S. State Department informed the Senate that Ambassador to Turkey Thomas Barrack has been promoted to Special Presidential Envoy for Iraq and Syria, appointed on June 18.
