I like the turbo 4 pot, whooshing noises are fun, but I really wish this had an eco mode to help keep it off boost to maximize fuel economy
This turbo will spool instantly and I have a bit of a lead foot so it's a challenge to keep it off boost, like I have to breathe on the throttle to keep it off boost
Also learned to have to kill AC at a stop to maximize auto stop/start, it will start the engine to run the compressor with AC on at a stop
That said this is not an over engineered truck chassis, it does in fact feel like a body on frame vehicle and I dig that
There is nothing sporty about it either so I try to crawl it to my desired speed and employ some hyper-miling tactics to maximize it's commuting efficiency, such as it's almost always on cruise control to minimize variables in throttle
