@dysfun Spot on, they would have charged an admin fee on top of VAT, but this was a zero VAT item, so, err, they have to scam it properly.

I think VAT or not their admin fee is a scam, but this is so clearly a scam I have reported to the police now as such.

Imagine if actually taken seriously and they have to refund all these scammy admins fees?

@revk I bet the police reject the report on the basis that it is a big reputable company doing it, rather than because it isn't fraud.
