You can guess that the very next thing I did was search for “downforeveryoneorjustme” 
Of course, all I needed to put was https://downforeveryoneorjustme.com, and once I finished giggling I typed that in 
> Is Startpage.com down?

But, plot twist: it turns out that startpage.com was being filtered by the ISP I was using. Now I'm on a different ISP, #Startpage is working as usual 
So when is Down For Everyone Or Just Me going to reflect that fact as well? It's still saying it's down and I'm not convinced it was recently down For Everyone at all!
