@emmy (also Sonja is just an android but... Obviously some of the themes, about not relating to others having a childhood, being very eager about clothes being gifted to her, and traveling to another city and doing crime to get funds to get her body modified... Yeah)

@emmy That's a fair point. The "subtext" thing may be a carryover from the cowardly hesitance of "professional" production companies to reference queer topics
