Report: Israel's security minister Ben Gvir is set to attend a UN policing conference in NY

Ben Gvir "lives in the illegal settlement of Kiryat Arba in the Palestinian city of Hebron."

He was a member of the Kach party, which aimed to "establish a pure Jewish society."

Kach was banned after member Baruch Goldstein "killed dozens of Palestinian worshippers in the Ibrahimi mosque in Hebron in 1994."
