Not all the way down to the level of Optus yet but time-wasting garbage-level service anyway.

Telstra doesn't need vibe-coding to mess their customers over. But it'd be effective at that.

So I phone Telstra/Boost.

They already know there are problems with their app and website.

But they don't put a warning message about the problems up on the app or website to help customers not waste their time.
