Another oil refinery has been hit in the Moscow region. The footage shows more than one plume of smoke, indicating that multiple An-196 Liutyi drones were able to penetrate Russian air defences right on Putin's doorstep.

Since Russia is having severe fuel shortage problems now during the summer, imagine how the winter will be.

Unfortunately one drone did not arrive at the target as it hit a newly constructed building located right in the drone's flight path.

I hope the Ukrainian flight planners get access to satellite imagery which is updated more frequently, because this kind of error both misses the target while unnecessarily endangering civilian construction workers.

I don't know if it's bias in reporting, but it seems that some warring governments prefer to attack homes, schools, and hospitals; others target oil refineries and military structures.
