My colleagues and I published the system I've been building at ECMWF.
AIFS combines graph neural networks with a sliding window transformer, trained on 40 years of ERA5 data. It produces 10-day forecasts in about 2.5 minutes on a single GPU, runs four times daily alongside the physics-based IFS, and is publicly available under ECMWF's open data policy.
