Describe Extension in Safari is *awesome*. Prompted this one, and now with one click I can save all images from a webpage to downloads that are larger than 500px wide.

And apparently these extensions DO sync to your other devices! Created on Mac, instantly showed up on iPhone

Another wild Safari Extension: Takes a screenshot of any currently playing video on the webpage! Screenshot resolution is even 4K even though the window is small and I'm on my MacBook Air.

Must not be taking a screenshot but actually grabbing from the video player itself?
