Posted a tentative one a while ago, been pushing off one more, so here goes:

I still need to find a new job.
I am a software dev, professionally mostly web stuff, not my thing, want to move closer to hardware/more technical (e.g. embedded), pick up things very quickly. Other vague interests include graphics programming, algorithm engineering, space or medtech.
Hints for anything nd, queer, and remote (or Berlin) friendly not too much on the "AI" bandwagon welcome.

Maybe to add on a bit, as much as I could in recent years (which sadly was way too little) I played around with some hardware and tinkering projects. I in general like solving difficult problems, wrapping my head around complex systems and the like (and in my previous job I had way too little of that and too much business bureaucracy to deal with).
But this also does not mean it has to be hardware stuff. Just challenging and ideally not bad for society.
