The court of appeal has rulled that banning Palestine Action as terrorist (I summarise) was lawful. So we can expect further crackdowns by Labour - expect Environmental protests soon and Welsh, NI and Scottish parties calling for independence to be next in line.

@ISawTheWood The ‘Human Rights Lawyer’ is a bit of a red herring imho. As a young lawyer with some skill, he probably looked around to see what area he might make a name for himself in - and lo this was it. I very much doubt (as with Blair’s missus) that concern for human rights was close to the top of his reasons for practicing in this area.
