We were advised to keep a spreadsheet of international travel
@skinnylatte TRT (taco-related travel)
@skinnylatte I have one of these. After my work with an international NGO for five years it was arduous to create it for my citizenship application here. Now that i have it, I try to keep it up to date.
@skinnylatte thanks to #brexit I also have to ;(
@CenturyAvocado @skinnylatte is the home office mandating that for real?

@canleaf @CenturyAvocado anyone who is an international immigrant just has a lot more of these tasks

It makes our processes easier

@canleaf @skinnylatte other way around. I can't spend more than 90 days in a 180 day sliding window in the EU. And I spend a lot of time there so keeping track and staying under the limit is now very annoying.

(I suspect the same is true now for any non UK/Ireland person visiting the UK too).

@skinnylatte yup + addresses + employment dates all in the same file
@skinnylatte one thing that really struck me about visiting Mexico was the extent to which going out to eat with local friends means going out for tacos. Also, in Spain going out to dinner with local friends means tapas, but the Spanish pretend like the thought just occurred to them (even though it’s like the only reasonable option) whereas Mexican friends act like tacos are the only option (even though there are so many other options).
