I was reading an article on Substack (talking about people using ai, not wanting to embarrass them, but knowing it from the writing), and they mentioned this other writing platform, Medium, that I forgot existed. So, I went and logged into my Medium account, just thinking about how funny it is this thing is just there collecting virtual dust, and the last notification I got was from 2018, for a book I wrote about Kurai, that in the end I felt kinda "meh" about and never put out there. Someone applauded the quote, and I'm just looking at it like, "wtf, I wrote this?" Guess I'll have to go back through that piece, even if it's just to better my work going forward. ~E.L.F.
