In #Mukyōhō, #nudity is practised to encounter life without unnecessary barriers. Clothing serves many practical purposes, yet when it is set aside within #HadakaShizenyoku practice, one experiences the direct touch of air, sunlight, rain, & earth. The #body is no longer something concealed or divided from #nature. Being #nude becomes a reminder that all distinctions are temporary, while immediate experience is always present.
