@rbreich I agree with the Declaration of Independence. Too bad it is not law (many people, incorrectly, believe that it is.)

I've begun a new website - it is still extremely skeletal - to examine the issue of a post trump-era tribunal to redress and punish wrongs, deter future ill conduct, claw-back wrongly taken wealth and privilege, compensate those who have been injured, and so forth.

Given our pusillanimous Congress and our biased, if not corrupt, SCOTUS, such redress may have to done by means that might seem beyond our Constitution, but I believe are not.
