The #EE website is absolutely rubbish. Trying to download a pdf of old bills, it tells me to use the app, open the app, it shows me the website which tells me to download the app 🤪🤬

They also no longer have the option to chat online to a human, only an #AIslop generator.

To be fair, the 3rd person I spoke to on the phone was helpful and emailed me the pdf bills. He also commented “I wasn’t expecting to get any calls from Scotland today” 😂
@drnoble not just EE, Vodafone's app is crap. They both seem so dedicated to upsetting that they fail to provide the kind of info which would avoid calls to service agents. I find nit difficult to believe it is cost effective.
@drnoble ach they're all the same now. The RBS app "assistant" didn't understand a simple request to close an ISA. Utterly useless.
