I feel like Nosferatu: Wrath of Malachi cheats a bit by making random occurrences/appearances every time I open a door. The random generation process should only be done once when starting a new game, not every time after loading a save game file.
What if a character I have to save appears in a room I previously already "cleared"? That's cheating, IMLTHO.
But if the game wants to play ball like this, I suppose I can cheat back by reloading again and again until I got two ... (toot 1 of 2)
Okay, managed to finish Nosferatu: Wrath of Malachi despite the motion sickness.
I couldn't save Melissa Ethelridge, and before any "Git gud" arseholes spouting nonsense, let me say that I had made a save game before opening the West Wing door. I explored the 4th floor from both doors many times. Reloading the save game file and trying again did not help. Never found her at all. I take it that it was a glitch she never spawned at all. Anyway, fuck her, I don't need any ... (toot 1 of 2)

In the end, I think Nosferatu: Wrath of Malachi is a glitchy game with broken random generation procedures that still manages to be charming.
I would have preferred non-timed missions, but this one is okay, I think. And the save game anytime anywhere system did help a lot, obviously.
