I ran across "Log of Life" book my parents started to fill out as I was growing up. I'd thumbed through it in the past, but apparently missed all of the progress pages where they list first words, accidents, personal traits and immunizations. Details in photo ALTs.

Based on handwriting it looks like I started filling them out. What's up with EU style date?
"Hit side of pool" doesn't really describe "trying to show off doing flip off side of YMCA cement pool and cratering head into it". Right below lifeguard and they didn't notice a thing, even when I managed not to sink to bottom, crawled out, and feebly called to them. I got plenty of attention when I walked up to front desk with blood streaming down my face.
