Hmm 🤔
Even though I had some better sleep last night, I still feel a bit bläh at the moment.
I gave Koa a snack and put him in the crate (he had his teeth everywhere!) and I am trying to relax a bit on the couch.
I think it's a fibro flare, as I am feeling cold while parts of me are sweating, and I am tired when I was feeling OK enough half an hour ago, and I am more sensitive to light now, and getting a slight headache...
It's been a while since I had a flare up, and I can't say that I've missed them...

Fankoos. 🤗 It's a bit better now, and I am trying to ride my bike for a bit, hoping it will help me to feel a bit better. 😊 Hopefully Koa will setlle down long enough for me to have a little ride.... 😊🫂🐾

It's working for now! I'm still riding the bike, and he is snoozing peacefully. I don't want to let him alone too long yet, but am slowly trying to expand the times I am gone from the room. In two minutes, I have been on the bike for 40 minutes. So I've been away for about 45 when I get back. That's a new record, as the previous successful one was at 35. 🥰 So proud of my little dude!
