Correction: the LDS is on the list but not as Christians. Still a big yikes for the Sec. of Beer.
This is the thing about Mitt Romney. (Whom I and my fellow Massholes hated WAY before his various attempts at the presidency.) He tried to go all culture-war and christofascist to get the Republican nomination, completely ignorant of the fact that the evangelicals he thought he was appealing to see his religion as a weird cult. (Correctly, to be sure. But still.)
