This article is more profound than I think the author realises. She writes about the yawning chasm between AI proponents and AI antagonists and how the other point of view needs to be considered so that the whole story is told not just the bits that support our argument. Get rid of rhetorical language ('amazing' is my pet peeve) and focus on end customer satisfaction etc. There is more - it is worth reading the article.

In a completely different sphere, a few years ago a community group I was part of made a decision to not just talk about our successes, but the terrible challenges we had along the way and the fact that we still have not reached nirvana. Basically, we decided to be truly humble about what we had done and the challenges ahead - not 'look at me' humility.
