@thefathippy just under 700m elevation gain, unrelenting stairs for ⅔ of the track. It was glorious out there.

@thefathippy the problem with these kinds of walks is, by the time you realise your mistake and decide you don't feel like climbing all those stairs, you're in the valley and there are only two ways out - activate the PLB, or climb the stairs.

I've never walked in that valley. Only been on the other side.
Have fought a few fires around the cliff line, though.
