Be grateful for your home's sewer line. These guys carried big jerry cans of gray water mixed with bits of stuff (no poop) to dump it into the gutter along the public road.

@HalfHeartedFanatic That.. doesn't sound great. I think about this all the time. My home is on a traditional septic system from the 60s and I live in fear of it failing. It has to be pumped out and inspected every 5 or 6 years. This last time the dude who did it was at retirement age and had dodgy knees, and told me that next time it would be somebody else and would probably cost alot more - they haven't been raising prices.

@HalfHeartedFanatic Yes, but no. I am not prepared for that level of sovereignty, just yet. But this is certainly a reminder of the importance of democracy and human rights, which are so important to fight for and protect.
