There are signs that the foreign loans financing Larry Ellison & Elon Musk are in trouble.

Elon Musk’s Twitter deal may be the worst leveraged buyout deal for banks since Lehman, raising risks to Tesla

Banks had hoped to package and sell Musk's LBO debt to investors. Instead, it's sat on their balance sheet, tying up capital, for almost two years.

Musk & Zuckerberg have a long history of huge financial miscalculations, yet they remain in leadership.

The Moneyed see something in a Trump, Thiel, Ellison, Zuckerberg, and Musk that is worth their time & attention.

Over and over, banks lend money to such despots and wannabe dictators, and incur big losses.

@Npars01 @TheNovemberMan Banks hedge against potential losses. They must perceive the potential loss is higher if they were not to pander to the wannabe dictators. They are amoral.

@meltedcheese @TheNovemberMan

Deutsche Bank funneled money from Putin's oligarchy to Trump for decades.
It laundered the looted national treasuries of the former Soviet regime through money-losing casinos, real estate, & golf courses.

Fading empires do a lot of money laundering for oppressive regimes.

The Bank of England laundered Nazi gold confiscated from Czechoslovakia. It funded Hitler's war.

Neville Chamberlain, an insider in finance, must have known .

The oil industry is the same.

@Npars01 It's the facisim. The wealthy believe they can control the masses through the governments they have purchased. One can only hope that we masses have enough anger and frustration to push back hard enough to stop the slide.
Facisim is just like communism, in that no matter how many times we show that human nature will corrupt it into a horror show, there's always someone who thinks, "Oh no, this time will be different because I'm smarter."
No one ever is.
@Npars01 <fingers crossed/>
