I needed to put my table saw on a more sturdy platform, so I grabbed some scrap 2x4s, bought a 2x4, and built my own.

Learned how to make my own pocket hole jig as well!

It came together rather nicely. Plans are from here, except I didn't do the 2x4 top/shelf - just reused the top from the previous unsturdy table.

And yes, I need to cut off the tips of those screws - clearly the 2 1/2 inch (7 cm) screws were too long! I went with 1 5/8 (4 cm)for the rest of the two frames.

If you want to make it sturdier, add cross braces.

@GustavinoBevilacqua @chgowiz second that. "Viereck vergeht, Dreieck besteht" is the relevant carpentry wisdom from the days of timber framing houses. Triangles last. At least one diagonal on one short and one long side, or it'll be rickety pretty soon
