MarijnApparently DHL will now 'deliver' packages in their new app-only package dropbox things, and if you're unable or unwilling to install their app, well, I guess you're not getting that package. Often seems companies have such a hard-on for automation that usability is just swept under the rug.
Niklas Korz@marijn We tried to rent a transporter for a move yesterday. Almost impossible without apps now. There's no more human in the loop, neither at pick up or at return.
Also none of them showed you the actual availability until you've created an account.
