#Sevenoaks District Council has used a Public Spaces Protection Orders (PSPOs), something that was set up to target anti-social behaviour, to prevent my little group, Sevenoaks4Palestine, from holding a demonstration on the Vine ( a large public grassed area )
I have just been told about this. Apparently, a legal appeal will be made

I wonder if a Equality Impact Assessment
(EIA)Was completed to assess whether the PSPO
will have disparate impact on groups with
protected characteristics?
If you can get a wide range of local groups to attend, that would make it far more difficult for this to stand.
I would also wonder if the Human Rights Act would have a bearing as this restricts the right to lawful protest 🤷♂️🤔
@simonzerafa There is a lady in our group who is a lawyer. I am fairly sure she will 'crack heads'. Xx
