EmsquaredBeen using broad spectrum cbd oil since January. It does something but only at doses way above the recently reduced FDA recommendation of 10mg a day (the previous limit was 70mg and that, for me is the minimum in order to feel any benefit).
I get the caution but i used to be on an antidepressant that was withdrawn because it was causing liver damage to some and even death in two cases so like most things in life it clearly has risks but if you are sensible I guess you have to take the responsibility for what you put in your body.
Anyway a 4 month supply cost me £30 so may well try another 3 months and if results continue to be, at best moderate then will discontinue.
