When the entire team understands the outcome and the user’s journey, decisions become faster and more coherent.

This is not about turning everyone into a designer. It’s about giving them the language to ask the right questions at the right time:
- Concept stage: Who is this for? What problem are we solving?
- Wireframe stage: Does this flow match how people think?
- Development stage: Is this fast enough? Is it accessible?
- Launch stage: How will we know if it’s working?
When the team shares ownership, critiques become constructive, not combative.
