You lie, @TuutW. No rights of #EnochBurke are violated.

The only rights violated are those of people who Burke has bullied for 4 years to follow his extreme pseudo-religious fanaticism.

The school fully accommodated Burke's beliefs. He responded by disrupting a church service, breaching privacy of a child, then haranguing the principal. He was dismissed.

Then Burke repeatedly trespassed at the school. He is in prison solely for trespass. He can leave when he stops trespassing.

4/ no right to harangue and intimidate his boss
5/ no right to trespass
6/ no right to disrupt courts
7/ no right to lie about why he is imprisoned
8/ no right to refuse to pay fines
