Io e Mariana avremo anche un ruolo speciale, quindi saremo presenti non solo come amici ma quasi come testimoni d’onore”. L’agente poi ha tracciato un bilancio della sua vita dopo il boom della trasmissione cult di Warner Bros. Discovery: “È esploso tutto in pochissimo tempo, perché alla fine parliamo di tre anni. Continuando però a fare anche il mio lavoro da agente immobiliare, ho dovuto riorganizzare completamente la struttura. Mi sono circondato di collaboratori molto forti nei rispettivi ambiti, con procedure precise, perché altrimenti sarebbe stato impossibile gestire contemporaneamente tv, podcast e vendita di case di pregio”.
Il risultato? “Negli ultimi sei mesi questa riorganizzazione mi ha permesso di recuperare un po’ di tempo per me. Per due anni e mezzo ho lavorato sette giorni su sette: nei giorni liberi andavo comunque in ufficio per sistemare tutto ciò che riguardava l’immobiliare. Dividersi in tre contesti – immobiliare, tv e social – non è stato semplice ma l’organizzazione è la chiave di tutto. Finalmente ho trovato la quadratura del cerchio: ho ripreso ad allenarmi, a correre e anche a cantare!”.
