Anyone good at finance stuff want to give some advice on whether to make any changes to 401K investments? It feels like there's a whole stack of reasons why we're hurtling towards a market crash and idk if I should be taking any steps to minimize the effect or just ride it out or what
@PallasRiot in general, timing the market is nigh impossible unless it's your full-time job. when talking about a retirement fund, assuming you're not about to retire in the next five to ten years, the long-run window is so far out that any losses will easily be recovered multiples over by the time you do. consistent contribution works as a strategy because it averages out the highs and lows.
