It has been brought to my attention that some members of personnel have expressed poor judgement, defying facility policy to enter restricted subground areas. These areas are sealed for the safety of all personnel due to the hazardous nature of materials contained within, and we cannot guarantee the safety of anyone who enters despite warnings. Furthermore, these areas are not under the administration of IRTO. They remain state secrets and are constantly patrolled by the military, and anyone caught within such areas risks arrest under espionage laws, with career-ending consequences. If more people are caught trespassing in secret areas, it could call into question our standing with the Russian government, which would have consequences for all of us. The signs are there for a reason.

"If you're bored, you can always venture down to the deep levels. I don't mean -37; we've all been there, we've all gotten drunk and fucked around in the old control rooms. If you can find one of the old cargo elevators with the barricades removed, and find a way to turn the power back on, you can get down even deeper than that. I've been told there's a -50. You'll need a key to operate the elevators, and I can't help with that, but you're smart, you'll figure it out if you like a good challenge. And make sure you bring a good torch. There's no power down there. At all. They cut the cables."

"And whatever you do, do not get caught."
