@chergert hey christian, what is the policy of ptyxis regarding copy-on-select?
I see that you refused a few times to do anything about this and the only way to deal with this now is ctrl-shift-c/v.
is there some sane reason (like security) why this is not an option?
syncing standard clipboard and selection clipboard was super useful in tilix and I still miss it. now, f44, even the selection clipboard doesn't work
@amackif selection clipboard with middle-mouse works just fine here on F44. You probably need to turn on middle-click though in GNOME 50 because its off by-default now.
But as it were, I can't find nearly two shits to give about Ptyxis right now because its free labor to the company that abandoned my family.
@chergert ah, yes, the middle mouse button thing... this is probably it.
sorry to hear about your issues emigrating. read your post and it reminds me on a similar situation when i wanted to move to Canada. first they said "sure we want to help you", then they did nothing. different company, but still.
the only good experience was with a company that wasnt listed and their office in NL, i asked for a position and they called me to talk about the job even if i wasnt a fit. they wanted to help.
