@tillybridges I do this frequently. And I make sure that they know that they always have a safe place to be in my home, should they need it. Or if they need to flee a situation, we are glad to be a way station. And if anyone they know who needs help, that they are welcome here too. This includes you and yours. I am one generation removed from first person accounts of the holocaust, I will not just stand by.
