Beautiful plants!

The blue bug looks like a Cicada, and if you've got any larch pine trees nearby the white may be a Larch Casebearer Moth.

Scale is hard to determine though, since cicadas are usually big, and the moth tiny so...

@[email protected] thank you! Both small, and I had only noticed one when I took the photo. The larger seems to jump well, grasshopperish? I confess my only thought on the larch is a Montey Pythom sketch -- I'll have to see what our pines are. Thank you!
