Wasn’t homelessness temporarily ended during the period of national Covid lockdowns courtesy of the Ardern led government or as Nicola Willis and her #NZPol coalition colleagues who have instead chosen to end emergency housing, cancelled government social housing projects and criminalised homelessness describe it, spraying the cash bazookas.
