Gonna do this as an image (also available as alt-text, though I did have to edit it a bit to make it fit thanks website boy) As a reminder, this is NOT an exhaustive list.

If you are on any of these meds
1- Make sure you take extra good care of yourself in the summer / hot days (Hydrating, providing shade, cooling off)
2- Speaking from experience, if you are in STABLE mental health, you may be able to lower your dose of a med to tolerate summer better. It worked great for me last summer (though there were still really hot days) and we're trying it again this summer.

I really must stress, in the face of climate change, people who are on medications like this (And don't have the luxury of quitting them) need to understand there are ways of coping (see above)

I probably don't need to state this but just in case: if you see a med you're on on this list, don't just quit it cold-turkey. That's a horrible idea. Talk to your provider, get their okay, and their plan for TAPERING you off it.

@lapis I take two of these at the same time and when I fainted from heat exhaustion I brought it up with my med counselor and she didn’t mention it was related 🤪
@cam ugh I am SO sorry
@lapis it’s ok, I’ve fainted before that so I knew how to handle it. one time I fainted while on a zoom call on camera, got up and tried to continue the conversation, then fainted again
