My only thought when I heard there are people who only read the dialogue in novels is: Comic Books are right there.

It's art and dialogue. There's also Manga, Manhua, Manhwa, Small presses, Webcomics (shout out to #fablespro ), Webtoons.

There are so many reading options for comics. Lol.
