We're in the blustery, thundery, hot but wet season. Do my fingers and thumbs like it? They do not. And I'm just a few weeks off 59yo. That might have something to do with it too.
I cover them with diclofenac 2.3% gel every couple of nights, and the next day (after the first painful flex) they're a little better, but I'm open to handy tips. Or fingery tips.
