My delivery of printer ink contained the wrong cartridges. No problem - I just went on their website, selected a return and refund. All very friendly and good. Except:

"Please print the return address label and drop to the nearest An Post".

How?! I've got no ink!

Cheeky fuckers. Still, you've got to admire their balls.
