#GEDANKENBLITZ | Fairness ist kein Nice-to-Have, sondern Notwendigkeit!

Ehrlich wert am längsten. Fertig. Da gibt es nichts daran zu rütteln. Auch dann wenn es weh tut. Karten offen auf den Tisch legen und wir können darüber reden. Taktisch mit seine Beweggründe hinter dem Berg halten und Mitmenschen wie „Schachfiguren“ behandeln, da werde ich besonders fuchsig. Wer sich auf Machtpoker einlässt, der hat bereits verloren. Machtpoker endet immer damit, dass am Ende alle verlieren und niemand gewinnt. Fair Play und Ehrlichkeit ist daher kein „Nice-to-Have“, sondern ist eine mittel- bis langfristige Voraussetzung um effektiv und effizient zusammenzuarbeiten. Es geht um Vertrauen, Respekt und Miteinander. Und die notwendig Offenheit ist die Währung, mit der man sich lang- und mittelfristig genau dies verdient. Vertrauensvoll, fair und offen im Umgang miteinander zu sein, erlaubt es auch kritische Dinge anzusprechen und zu verhindern, dass sich die Eskalationsspirale dreht. Genau aus diesen Gründen, bin ich ein Anhänger der „Anti-Arschloch-Regel“ (Robert E. Sutton). Rote Karte, für alle jene die nicht „fair spielen“.

P. S.: Und nur, weil ich grundsätzlich fair spiele, bedeutet noch lange nicht, dass ich naiv bin oder nicht weiß wie es geht. Mir ist lediglich der Preis zu hoch.
