@otterX So many, and so beautiful and remarkable! Thank you for sharing!! It's always so magical to come upon so many of the same bird together all in one place. I read once that a group of cormorants is collectively referred to as a "gulp" or a "bask"! The name suits their behavior. 😍😁

@handmade_ghost @otterX I once sat on my boat deck for a quiet hour and watched a relentless long battle as a cormorant swallowed a big eel that refused to go easily. Gulp is the perfect description.
