GROUND PRIVATE JETS.

If political leaders really want to protect people in this fossil fuel dependency crisis, they should start by tackling the most wasteful fuel use.

Ordinary drivers and communities should not be hit hardest while luxury emissions carry on as usual.

@greenpeace "if political leaders want to protect people... "

We can't keep assuming that what they're saying at face value is true. We have to look at their actions and not their words. It's clear that they DON'T want to protect us and that's one of many reasons why there is the inherent contradiction between their words and their actions.

We are the ones who have the real power and its time that we start acting upon that to fight for our survival.

@greenpeace

And some of us remember #ELF .

Whining at a problem doesnt fix the problem. Direct action can.

@greenpeace Start by taxing the purchase and ownership of the jets including the fuel for non-airline or cargo use. These people only understand profit and loss.
@greenpeace Like Richard Jeni said, "People who live in a mansion with 20 rooms that nobody lives in. They’re all air-conditioned. Got a pool that nobody goes in, it’s heated. Flying across the country on a twenty-person jet all by themselves because they don’t want to be late for a speech about energy conservation.”
@greenpeace If political leaders really want to protect people they should not start stupid wars that cause fossil fuel dependency crisis. Stop green washing the USA interventionism!!
