Sorry, I give up... every time I try to do a thread or post videos in Mastodon I spend hours debugging 503 errors and recompressing my files and trying again and again for something that should take seconds. I fully copy/pasted the thread and alt texts multiple times already and always getting a different problem (I even had issues posting this message, so trying again from a different device). Trying this one last time for the last thread in the series only (the rest are on bsky). We only spent one evening at Mono Lake, but got lucky with a pretty sunset. I tried forced perspective shots once more to make the tufa look as big as possible.
