#Hitler was fortunately too stupid to use his navy well, and sent battleship #Bismarck out as a commerce raider. In that rôle it failed utterly. On #ThisDayInHistory in 1941 it scored its only win, sinking British battlecruiser #HMSHood. Three days later, #Bismarck was destroyed.
