FKFTSHsooo do AFAB folk also have like emergency piss release buttons that they have to press to get the last few drops out hidden in their taints or is that like exclusively an AMAB thing
i mean i know there's definitely less surface area to work with for the worm turned inward but idk how that translates to like all the inner mechanisms of the piss machine
